Accuracy
Menus, prices, opening hours and other details are gathered from public sources and visitor reports and change often. We work to keep them useful but we cannot guarantee they are complete, current or error-free. Please check with the coffeeshop, hotel or provider before you rely on anything.
Using the website
You may use Dam Guide for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it: do not send false or abusive reports or messages, try to break or overload the site, or copy large parts of it automatically. We may limit or block access to protect the site.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give accurate details, and do not use another person's account or name. Levels, experience points and badges are for fun only, have no monetary value and may be changed or reset. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example for false or abusive submissions or for trying to game the levels. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Reports, suggestions and messages you send
Reports, suggestions, photos and messages are reviewed by moderators and may be ignored, edited or declined. By sending them you confirm they are honest to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share them, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of what you write or upload, but you give Dam Guide a free, worldwide licence to publish, edit and use it on the website and in related services, including under your account name where relevant. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory or private about others. To report content you believe is unlawful, contact us with the page address and the reason. See Community & moderation.

Dam Guide's design, text and organisation belong to Dam Guide or its licensors. Coffeeshop, brand and product names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Liability
Dam Guide is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the website or from relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
